These cupcakes are pretty stinking cute! I swear those chocolate eggs are my weakness. The hazelnut spread in the frosting is a new found favorite of mine. The frosting was so easy and beautiful to pipe!
Ingredients:
1 recipe of my chocolate cupcakes
1/2 cup butter
1/2-3/4 cup chocolate hazelnut spread
1 t vanilla
4 c powdered sugar
2 T. milk
chocolate candy eggs
Directions: Bake and cool your cupcakes. Beat together your softened butter and hazelnut spread. Add vanilla. Slowly add your powdered sugar. Add milk until it is your desired consistency. Taste and add more hazelnut spread if desired. Pipe your frosting in a rose design onto your cupcake and stick your candy eggs in the middle. Enjoy!
They make adorable mini cupcakes too!
