Snickers Cupcakes

These were AMAZING! Snickers have always been one of my favorite candies (probably because of the caramel) and these tasted just like them! The frosting almost tasted more like
caramel than peanut butter, not that I'm complaining. :)

Cupcake Ingredients:
1 2/3 cup sugar
3/4 cup unsalted butter, softened
2 eggs
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 c cake flour
1 1/4 c all-purpose flour
2/3 c unsweetened cocoa powder
1/4 t baking powder
1/2 t baking soda
1 1/2 c milk
Frosting Ingredients:
3/4 cup butter
1/4 cup peanut butter
1 t vanilla
4 c powdered sugar
caramel sauce
snickers pieces

Directions: Pre-heat your oven to 350 degrees. Cream your butter and sugar then add your eggs one at a time. Add vanilla. Mix your remaining dry ingredients in a small bowl and alternately add a spoonful of flour and your milk to the batter. Begin and end with your dry ingredients. Fill your lined cupcake tins with batter and bake for 18-20 minutes. Cool for 10 minutes and transfer to a cooling rack. Beat your butter and peanut butter. Add vanilla. Slowly add your powdered sugar and pipe onto your cooled cupcakes. Drizzle with caramel sauce and top with a snickers chunk right before serving. Enjoy!
